Lake Nona is new. Its lawns should be treated that way.
Lake Nona rose fast — medical city, new neighborhoods, new sod everywhere. Young lawns here are an investment worth protecting from day one. We establish new sod properly, tune the smart irrigation systems these homes come with, and build the lawn thicker every season.
Smart irrigation, actually smart
Many Lake Nona homes have smart controllers that were never programmed right — watering at noon, running through rainstorms, drowning one zone while another goes dry. We program them for deep morning watering on compliant schedules, and verify the rain sensors work.
Zoysia's new stronghold
Lake Nona is Zoysia country — builders love its manicured look and lower water needs. We maintain it correctly: the right low cut, measured feeding, and thatch watch. A well-kept Zoysia lawn here is the neighborhood standard, and we keep yours at it. Call (301) 679-9193 or send the form for a free quote — no pressure, no obligation.
